You’ll receive:

• Receive my proven e-books and guides — most relevant to your child’s needs, carefully selected to complement your coaching programme.

• Personalised email coaching — tailored guidance delivered over four weeks, focused on your child’s specific needs.

• Child insight breakdowns — understand exactly why your child behaves the way they do.

• Actionable steps — practical strategies you can implement immediately.

How it works:

1. Choose your focus — Select the area you'd like support with: Sleep, Anxiety or Behaviour.

2. Receive your welcome email — Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an intake form to help us understand your child and family dynamic.

3. Begin you journey — Over four weeks, you'll receive clear, actionable guidance tailored to your child's needs. This includes practical strategies you can implement immediately and space to ask questions as you go.

4. Track Progress & Stay Focused — Check-ins throughout the four weeks ensure you stay on track and adjust strategies if needed. You'll finish the programme with a clear understanding of what works for your child and your family.

5. Optional Ongoing support — Follow-up support is available to continue progress and ensure lasting change.
